Account & Data Deletion Request
You have the right to completely remove your digital footprint from our servers. You can permanently delete your App account and associated data using one of the methods below.
Method 2: Contact Support
Send an email to iCansupport@sinocare.com with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'.
If you no longer have access to the app, our support team can assist you manually.

Please be advised that account deletion is a permanent and irreversible action. Upon completion, all your personal information, device data, and associated records will be completely and irrevocably removed from our secure servers, in strict accordance with data privacy regulations. This data cannot be recovered once deleted.
