Delete account and data
You can delete your account and related data in iCan CGM APP by following steps:
① Account Cancellation：Register/Login → Setting→ Personal Information → Account
Cancellation → Start Deleting → Fill in the verification code sent to your email→ Delete
Account→ Account cancellation succeed
There is a 15-day buffer period for account cancellation. After completing the account cancellation, we will retain your account and data for 15 days before deleting them completely. During buffer period, you can’t register the account. But if you want to restore the account and data in this period, please contact with our customer service.
② Data Deletion: Register / Login → Setting → System Settings → Data Consent → Privacy Request → Data Deletion → Select the period that you want to delete (from last 15 days to three months) → Enter password→ Confirm → Successfully delete all the blood glucose data in the period.
